Company intelligence · sourced, not scraped

See the whole company
before you write a word.

Hand us a list of companies. We read each one's live pages in a real browser and return a structured brief — the dated signals, the best contact, and outreach angles, every signal backed by a verbatim quote you can open and check.

Watch a sample:

Samples are pre-recorded so we don't spin up a real run. Type any company to research it live.

A real run reads dozens of pages in a browser and takes a few minutes — the samples replay one in seconds.

01 The deliverable

Anatomy of a brief

Every company comes back as the same disciplined document. Skimmable in a minute, deep enough to act on, and built so you can trust every line before you send it.

A

Company summary

What they do, who they serve, and the customers they're chasing — pulled into a few lines from the pages we actually read.

B

Buying signals

The moves that create timing — funding, hiring, leadership changes, regulatory pressure and controversies — each one dated.

C

Outreach angles

Ready-to-send hooks drawn straight from the dated signals — so your first line is specific to them, grounded in something we actually found, not a template.

D

Best contact

Who to reach for your offer, and the reason they're the right person — not just a name and a title.

E

Evidence & sources

Every finding carries a verbatim quote from the page it came from — with the title, an excerpt, and a direct link to check it.

F

Nothing guessed

If a signal can't be verified in the evidence, we leave it out rather than guess. The brief holds only what we could stand behind.

02 How it works

From a list of names
to briefs you can send.

Three steps. You stay in your inbox; the research runs from search to sourced brief.

  1. 01

    Submit your list

Drop in company names, domains, or a CSV — ten companies or ten thousand. Tell us what you sell so we research toward your angle.

  2. 02

    We read the live web

We search across the open web, then open and read the actual pages in a real browser — news, filings, and company sites — keeping only what the evidence backs up.

  3. 03

    Receive briefs & angles

Structured briefs land in your inbox, a shared workspace, or your CRM — formatted, sourced, and ready to drop into your sequences.

04 Why Eyrie

Research, not a data dump.

We read pages, not fields

Every company is researched by opening and reading real pages in a browser — for meaning and timing — not by scraping a few fields into a spreadsheet.

Quoted, or it's not in there

Every signal carries the verbatim quote it came from. If we can't verify it, we leave it out — we never guess to fill a gap.

Built for scale

One company or ten thousand, every brief gets the same depth. The work runs in parallel, so the list size never thins the research.

Sources you can open

Each finding links to the exact page, with an excerpt, so you can check any line in a click before it goes out.

05 The ChatGPT question

Eyrie vs. a chatbot

Outreach lives or dies on facts. A chatbot answers from memory; Eyrie answers from the company's live pages — and shows its sources.

A chatbot Eyrie
Source Training data with a cutoff — no live browsing. Reads the company's live pages in a browser, today.
Freshness Rarely dates anything. Every signal is dated, so you know what's new.
Proof Fluent prose, nothing to check. Every signal carries a verbatim quote and a source link.
When it's unsure Fills the gap with a plausible guess. Leaves it out — unverifiable signals are never guessed.
Right company Can confidently describe the wrong one. Flags low confidence if it can't find the real site.
Consistency Free-form, different every time. The same structured brief for every company.
Scale One chat at a time, by hand. Ten or ten thousand, the same depth on each.

A chatbot optimises for a fluent answer. Eyrie optimises for one you can verify and send.

08 Questions

Good to know

How fresh is the research?

Each brief is compiled on request and dated. Where a signal has a shelf life — like a job posting or a funding round — we note when we found it so you know how current it is.

Where does the information come from?

Public sources only: we search the open web, then open and read the actual pages — news, company sites, and public filings. Every claim carries a verbatim quote and a direct link, so you can verify any line in a click.

What formats do you deliver?

A structured brief and a shareable report page for each company. Need it as CSV or pushed into your CRM? We'll set that up for ongoing work.

How do you handle data and privacy?

We work only from public sources. Where a public page lists a relevant business contact we include it, but we don't buy or scrape private personal data. We're EU-based and operate with GDPR in mind.

What's the minimum?

Pilots start at 25 companies — enough to judge the quality of the briefs before you commit to anything ongoing.
